This piece was created first in paper, as are all of Liz's color studies. She chose a french blue, a beautiful blue, and three different tones of gray to create a color study she wanted to be both elegant and dramatic. The french blue, medium blue, navy, light gray, and very dark gray rectangles sit next to each other in a set of four while a fifth color, a transparent medium gray, lies across the top to create more dramatic color changes and transparencies. This is an elegant and dynamic piece.

We use the finest archival pigments on archival paper for magnificent color saturation. Our prints are shipped unframed and are hand-signed by Liz Roache.
